Conditions Of Entry
Alcohol
Melburg Or Bust is an all ages Alcohol Free Event. No alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the premisis and no alcohol will be served on the day. You are more then welcome to bring your own food and drinks on the day and there will be an array of food for sale so that you are more then welcome to purchase a nice hot lunch.
Safe Driving
No vehicles will be allowed to move within the grounds during the course of the show (this is for public safety reasons) and when vehicles are moving in and out of the area during the designated times walking pace is the accepted speed within the carpark areas, with the official speed limits to be recognised on the streets within the Monash campus. This is going to be a great day with alot of great cars, so in order to make sure it continues for years to come dont be an idiot whilst driving. Any dangerous driving will result in the vehicle and owner being removed from the show and potentially banned from future shows.
Cleanliness
Please make sure that you clean up after yourselves during the show, it will make things much more pleasant for the rest of us. There will be bins provided on the day so please make the most of them, all staff on the day will be volunteering their time, so be symtathetic and don't make things any harder for them.
Unregistered Vehicles
If you plan on bringing an unregistered vehicle to display on the day please notify us on your early-booking sheet. Unregistered vehicles must be trailered in to their spot and may only be driven onto and off of their trailer and no further. Please make sure that you notify us of your intention to bring an unregistered or otherwise trailered vehicle, so that we can make arrangements and make sure that you have a spot with easy trailer access. Space will be set aside for trailer parking in the spectator parking area.
Advertising/Photography
Photos of Melburg Or Bust will be taken by its organisers for the www.melburgorbust.com website, as well as for potential futuer promotion of the show. There is also likely to be photographers from automotive media present on the day taking photos for their own articles. Each Entrant or agent for any accompanying adult and as parent or guardian for any accompanying child, grants to Melburg Car Show as well as all other media photographers the right to photograph or film or portray the Entrant, any accompanying adult or child and the Entrant’s car to use such photograph, film, portrayal without names or credits as the Event Promotor, Street Machine Magazine or any other accredited media representative may in their absolute discretion think fit.
All Vehicles
Melburg Or Bust accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of property occuring during the course of the show. we expect all participants to treat each other's vehicles with the upmost respect and have made sure that there will be doube spacing between vehicles (there will be 1 whole carpark space left vacant between each display vehicle) in order to make accidental damage as close as possible to impossible but ultimately your vehicle and property is your own. Our volunteers simply cannot be taking care of every vehicle at every time.
All Entrants
As an essential condition of entry, by signing your early-registration form or choosing to attend on the day
, each Entrant acknowledges on entering Monash University, Clayton Campus, he/she has made him/herself fully aware of the above conditions of entry and has accepted all risks. The Entrant, for him/herself, and as agent for any accompanying child, releases and discharges absolutely Melburg Car Show and its Chief, employees, contractors, representatives, agents and officials from any liability arising from any circumstance whatsoever.
